Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase or order confirmation will be required for all returns.

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged product, please contact Solar Genix Power within 72 hours of delivery. Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue for assessment purposes. Once the product has been inspected and approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Products covered by manufacturer warranties may need to undergo supplier testing and evaluation before a final resolution can be provided. Warranty periods and conditions may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing time are 10 days. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item supplied by Solar Genix Power.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us before returning the item to ensure the correct process is followed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective product. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Solar Genix Power cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
