Refund and Returns Policy

At Solar Genix Power, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent returns and refund process.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Customers may return both:

• Defective products
• Non-defective products

Products should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Solar Genix Power gladly accepts exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return period. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or variation, please contact our support team for assistance.

Customers may return products using either of the following methods:

• Return by courier
• Return in store (where applicable)

To make the process easier, a free return shipping label is included inside the package at no additional cost.

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout unless otherwise arranged.

Please note that banking institutions or payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds reflect in your account.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Solar Genix Power as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue where applicable. We will work quickly to resolve the matter through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, custom ordering, or manufacturer restrictions where applicable. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
