All orders placed through Solar Genix Power are processed on the same day after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Orders are processed during standard business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification along with tracking details where applicable.

We proudly offer free shipping nationwide on all orders delivered within South Africa. No additional delivery charges will be added at checkout unless otherwise stated for special orders or remote delivery areas.

Estimated delivery times are typically between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier operations.

Please note:

• Major cities and metropolitan areas may receive deliveries sooner.
• Rural or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order. Solar Genix Power will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact the customer directly to arrange an alternative delivery time.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact Solar Genix Power within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may request photographs or additional information to assist in resolving the issue promptly.
